Refund & Cancellation

We thank you and appreciate your interest in our platform and upon your interest in availing services through our platform “onlyproperty. in”. Please read the details of Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and other Policies carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase or availing of service from us unless specifically stated otherwise on our service pages or readers offer advertisements.

If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances, or beyond the limitations of the Platform or its affiliates, the request is not completed or the platform is on the liability end, in such a case the request shall be canceled and the full amount of the order shall be refunded to the Wallet/Designated Bank Account used for the payment.

In the event, the discrepancy occurs on behalf of the client’s information provided, then no refund or cancellation request/order shall be entertained by the Company or the Platform at any time.

All refunds shall be credited within 7 working days into the Account details mentioned on our website.

The same shall be communicated to the user through SMS and E-mail Id which you have provided to us.

The Company or the Platform shall not entertain any request for exchange of services after the payment has been processed and the invoice has been generated by the Company through the Platform.

We are not liable for any exchanges/cancellations/refunds/payments for orders placed through third-party service providers if our Vendor products are listed on such platforms.

We reserve the right to serve you and provide you services through the platform. We can refuse an order or request if we do not want to serve you, without any legal repercussions and also without any liability.

FOR CUSTOMERS REFUND

1. In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the Vendors, we shall initiate an investigation into the same and may provide a refund in the worst-case scenario which is at the discretion of the Company.

2. The Customer is liable to make a payment as per Sell Plan, Rent Plan, or Buyer Plan or for any other activities and the amount mentioned specifically towards the availing the services from us or on this Platform.

3. If a customer feels that the product or services availed from our website or Platform do not suit his/her requirement after payment of amount but before availing the services, he or she may opt for refund or cancellation of services within 5 days of payment. The sole discretion of refund lies on the company or this platform.

4. The Company shall perform or give service as mentioned in “SELL PLAN”,” RENT PLAN” or ”Buyer Plan” within 30 days from the receipt of the payment as purchased by the Customer and payment made by the Customer.

5. Failure to perform or give service as mentioned in “SELL PLAN”,” RENT PLAN” or Buyer Plan” or any other service within 30 days from the receipt of the payment, the Company shall process a 100% refund or partial refund as the case may be of the payment made by the Customer.

6. If the Customer fails to respond or unable to avail of the services rendered by the company or this platform due to his fault or not willing to avail the services after 5 days, then the Company shall not process any refund or extension of the timeline.

7. The Customer can send an e-mail to contact@onlyproperty.in with any further queries regarding the refund if any.

8. All Refunds processed by the Company will be furnished within 7 working days, and you will receive an email letting you know the status of your refund.

CANCELLATION

  1. As a User, you may not request for cancellation after placing the request on the platform. In any such case, we will not refund payments, if any, already made by you under the relevant order and request. Any refund for services as per the above-mentioned clause.
    2. The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
     . If it suspects a client has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
     . If it suspects a client has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use,       or
       in case of unavailability of a service listed, or
     . For any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery-related            logistical     difficulties.
     . If the Company does not want to do business with the Client.
    3. In such a case as mentioned in Clause b, it is at the discretion of the Company and Platform to initiate any refund if it deems fit.
    4. Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of pricing and services specifications, the details of a service as reflected on the Website may be inaccurate due to geographical locations, typographical errors, or incorrect service information provided to the Company and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and request and may refund any payment that may have been generated by you towards the services availed by you.
    5. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders and requests placed by them in the future.

FOR VENDORS

     COMMISSION, REFUND AND CANCELLATION

  1. The Vendor shall be charged a sum of Rs. 500/- + GST as towards registration of the Vendor on the Platform to display their Name & Job profile with Serving location to the Customers & the Yearly package will be finalized from 1st of March 2021.
    2. The Vendor shall be eligible for a refund up until 30th April 2021 on signing up and registering.
    3. Your request for a Refund will be processed within 7 working days, and you will receive an email letting you know the status of the same.
    4. Additionally, Customer and Property Owner feedback shall be taken by the Company toward Service Improvement Process,
    5. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders and requests placed by them in the future.
    6. All Vendors are independent contractors and cannot solicit any of the customers they are attending through the platform. If in case found soliciting, they shall be immediately terminated and no refund of the registration or the incentives if any received shall be processed for the same.

FOR HOUSE OWNERS

        REGISTRATION

       1. The House Owners shall be charged a sum of Rs. 1000/- as towards listing their property on         the Platform.
       2. The House Owner shall receive additional services such as the submission of rent verification         form at a nearby Police station for Verification purposes. Notarized Rental Agreement with                 Stamp Paper without any cost.
       3. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and                 reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders and requests             placed by them in the future .

 

NOTE: ALL OR SOME OF THE SERVICES MAY OR MAY NOT BE UNDERTAKEN BY THE COMPANY OR THE PLATFORM DIRECTLY. THE COMPANY MAY HAVE OR MAY ASSIGN AFFILIATES to PERFORM OR COMPLETION OF SERVICES FOR WHICH THE COMPANY MAY ADDITIONALLY CHARGE. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COMPANY WILL TAKE LIABILITY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SUCH AFFILIATES ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF THE REQUEST RAISED BY YOU. ALL LIABILITIES BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED BY THE COMPANY OR THE PLATFORM.
